That's from my chicken care manual.

If you have tums tablets crush up two of them and place the chunks in her mouth. Make sure she eats them. The calcium will stimulate contractions and should help her pass the egg.

Epsom salt soak is good too if you don't want to do the heating pad. The pad is just less stressful for them and saves you blow drying a wet chicken.

Can you see the egg? Is it "crowning"?

Can you apply gentle pressure behind it and help squeeze it out? I'd lube up the vent really good first.
