JulieCT will be utilizing her right to Family Leave (see the Family Leave Act) soon. She will be caring for her newly adopted family members as they and she adjust to life together.
If you should feel that this is unacceptable, JulieCT will be forced to bring her newly adopted family members to work daily. They will be noisy, poop often (including cecal poops about every few hours x number of chicks that are incredibly odoriferous) and will take up quite a large amount of electricity for the brooder lamp.
Julie will also have all coworkers taking time to come see the chicks and play with them interrupting the work day pretty much all day, every day all week long.
Not only should you just give her the Family Leave, but you may want to think about a 7% raise and a bonus as well.
