% protein

What % protein do I need for my ducks? They are 1 mo. 1 wk. to adult. Thanks

I feed high protein game bird feed (28%) BUT they also get greens daily. Other people feed regular chicken feed. I base my choice on the amount of protein a duck would get in the wild.

I feed amixed diet of 20% crumbles and grains blending it to about 16-18% the hotter it is the more protien I let them have since their feed volume goes down.. They also get plenty of kitchen scraps and garden greens. THe 6 week old Runners are on 16% crumbles in their night pen but during the day they eat out of the older birds feeder and forage for bugs.
