I set eggs from my new silkie roo just 5 days ago. I couldn't stand it any more so I candled today. I have 10 eggs and can see veining in 8 already. I'm really excited to see what I get with these.

Seemed like it took my boy forever to do the "Barry White", but once he started, I have some beautiful chicks from him. He's a pro now!!! LOL

Day 10 candled the eggs and only one was not fertile. Looking forward to seeing these little fuzz butts. Got to go out and give my roo the high five.

I'm on day 16 with mine. Their not my eggs but I'm just as eggcited. What color is your roo? Oh, good luck on your hatch.

My roo Ash is black. He is in with a blue hen and a blue partridge hen.

Some silkie eggs I won on E-Bay came yesterday and I will be putting them in the incubator tomorrow. Can't wait, they will be hatching Thanksgiving weekend!!!

Wish me well, I have never ordered eggs before.
