I think it's a Roo. I see streamers and it's tail and wing feathers look male to me also. I'm by no means an expert. I've only had 3 Silkie Roo's and 3 Silkie Hens. Still a newbie. I had one male that didn't mature until after I heard him crow... grrr!
 
Oh this is such a fun game!!!! In the first set of pictures there is one where the tail feathers look like a male and also the crest looks like it has streamers, but the first picture in that set screams pullet. Also the last pictures of just the head makes me think pullet.

It is great to see one of my grand chickies.
