Puffed up not moving around

Hi I have a six week old chicken that was placed out with the flock yesterday.
was unfortunately attacked by another chook. so I immediately removed from the flock and put back in the nursery. Since then chicken has been very lethargic feathers are all puffed up is drinking but doesn’t look well at all.

Check her over for any injuries.
Was she acting at all weird before she was placed with the other chickens?

Try to get her drinking and eating. Her poops in the picture look alright, but let us know if they appear runny or with any blood. She might just be shook up and in shock.
