Pullet? and why so "fuzzy" in the face?

Ive been under the impression that this 8 week old chick is a pullet...but why is she so fuzzy around her face? Out of the 5 chicks i have, one other has a "fuzzy" face too....can you tell what breed she is? Shes the most timid of the flock Thanks for your help!

Definitely a bearded somethingorother! Some of our Easter Eggers have faces almost that fuzzy. Like the one in my avatar pic, Cheeks.

is the comb still yellow? if so, then it's a pullet =)

"her" comb looks fairly yellowish to me so far! I was praying it was a pullet since legally cant have Roos here

Post a profile shot for verification, but I'm pretty sure that's a pullet.

if the comb isn't pink yet than it's probably a pullet
