Pullet has one eye closed with a bit of blood. Possibly injured by another chicken?

Hey guys. I came outside today to find my black star pullet with one of her eyes closed and a drop of blood on the edge of her closed eye. The eye twitches every now and then but she hasn't opened it once. She and her two other flock mates have recently been integrating with older chickens and there has been some scuffling, so I wouldn't be surprised if she got pecked in the eye. Can anyone tell if this is what happened? If so, how serious is it and what should I do? Pictures are attached. Thanks in advance.

Update: She has opened her eye a bit just a few times and it doesn't look promising. It looks cloudy and there is some blood in it. Not sure whether or not she can see out of it or not.
