Pullet just drinking water and acting lethargic! Please help!

The stool looks much better than the first one you posted!

Be sure to massage that crop to help the Coconut Oil to work. I wouldn't give her any more water if the Crop is still full and balloon-like. Massage, massage, massage...

I hope she feels better soon!

Thanks! Yeah I have been massaging every time I go out there (which is like every 5 minutes- I’m such a crazy chicken lady!🙄🤣). She hasn’t been given any water for about two hours. She pooped again and it was more solid but still liquidy. I’ll try to get a picture. But she is still perfectly responsive and is talking a bit. So I hope this all works!🙂

Here’s her most recent poop-

Make sure that the crop starts to "drain". The stools look so much better and that she seems to be feeling better is a great thing. See it through with her, and watch for that sour breath (Sour Crop)...

Okay! I just massaged her crop for about five minutes, gave her a break, then another five minutes. I tried to keep doing it but she started full speed running from me!🙄🤪 I could feel the coconut oil in her crop while I was massaging. I will probably try again after she gets a small break. She seems to be perking up a bit but is still taking lots of rest. She was watching my phone-

No, don't feed her tonight. Water and/or oil only. You've got to be sure you've gotten this blockage cleared. She'll be fine as there's been plenty of water in her crop.

You can slow the crop massages to about every hour, but let her rest overnight.
Check her first thing in the morning, her crop should be EMPTY or very close to it.

Assuming it's empty, get some water into her then. She's going to be thirsty. Then turn to feeding her, but feed her soft food with some grit for at least tomorrow. We use a mix of Feed, Yogurt, Water, some Fried Egg, and about a 1/4 TSP of Coconut Oil. Mix it up into a moist paste, add some grit if you have it, and feed to her a little at a time, i.e. about a TBSP or less at a time, every hour if you can. Then, allow her some more water.

We don't want her to eat so much that she creates another blockage, and we want to make sure that she's processing food properly.

Okay thank you! I really appreciate all the help! She is constantly flicking her head now which is normal for Birdie!😉 Her crop doesn’t feel quite as tough but not sure if is draining yet. I’ll check back up on her soon and will update then!😊

Update: Have been massaging her crop every hour. She pooped one more poop that was more like the others. She pooped this also which I think looks like coconut oil? Then later she pooped more that looked like this one. Her crop is definitely shrinking and doesn’t feel quite as tight. She also has been talking and walking a lot more. She’s still looking for food.🤪 So we’ll see!😬
