Pullet not acting normal

Got a girl about 8 months old acting off. Noticed poop on her bottom, mouth breathing, and poop looks odd. I'll post pics. Shes not yet laying either. Please help.

Sorry to read that your pullet's having problems. Soak her butt in warm water, to soften the mass and try to get that poop off (cut the feathers if it's like concrete) to unblock her vent and so you can have a look at it, then post more photos of what you find.
