Pullet or Cockerel?...11 weeks old

Okay so I’m fairly certain I have a cockerel, sadly. Had the comb and wattle development pretty early but was told that’s not a guarantee on sexing. And almost everyone thinks he is a cockerel except a few friends who say maybe not. What do you think and why? Marshmallow is a Speckled Sussex and 11 weeks old today. Wondering whether to wait longer to find him a home or not...
