Yellow legs don't determine gender. Comb size is not relevant at this age. What does "four feather prink" mean?

I believe it could be a cockerel but, I would not say for sure it is red though I would like to ask a few question that will determine the gender

What breed?

How old is it?

Where did you get it?

Is it getting Main sickles?

Is it getting spurs?

Do you have two of them that look alike? If
so you can compare them?
