Pooping style will not tell you gender. That's an individual thing, not a gender thing.So I did read how they are pooping you can tell the gender. Coco spreads the wings and then poops.. like on this picture.View attachment 3593111
I tried to google that color of Wyandotte but the only thing that came up was this thread. I'm thinking the bird is lavender or maybe blue splash.Never heard of a Peal Grey Wynadotte, I love the color and sticking my neck out (again) Pullet is my guess. I'm looking at the comb/wattle size, pinker but could be heat, the tail not as pointy & I know saddle/hackle don't show up until around 12wks but the tail end feathers looking more round than pointy. I'm probably wrong but please let us know if it crows or lays an egg.
