Pullet or Cockerel Dominique?

I have 7 Dominiques among other breeds. I ordered 7 pullets but this one is by far bigger and has developed wattles where as my others are still so small they are almost unnoticeable, and it's legs are so much bigger also. These Dom's are almost 11 weeks old. I received my free rare bird and he is a Lakenvelder cockerel who started crowing at two months old. I really don't care if this is a pullet or a cockerel, I was just wondering if anyone could posts their thoughts on what they think she/he is?
I put one of the pullets photo on the top left of this collage, the other three are of the same chicken. Thanks in advance
