Ok, noticing some odd behaviors, and now that I know my lavender Orpington is actually a boy, I'm thinking my black Ameraucana/EE may be too??

No long tail feathers yet, but her? comb is larger than her siblings, and she has what looks like hackle feathers?

She's closing in on 5 months old, hatched mid February. No eggs or crowing yet.

Does look like a cockerel. Do you have pics showing the saddle feathers a little better? They can be hard to see on black birds.

Very obvious male saddle feathers, it's definitely a cockerel.
