I'm pretty sure 2 are girls. The 3rd has me 2nd guessing.
They are all the same size and their combs and wattles are all small. It's the darker long tail feathers that have me thinking.
Any ideas please?

Single photo of each bird would be helpful, showing side view, including hackle and saddle, tail feathers, and comb/face. Your strain is very slow developing. IME, cockerel RIR declare themselves at 12 weeks.
Yes...I would have thought if they were boys it should be very obvious by now. I'm hoping that's a good sign
 
16 weeks. It's on the title I will see if I have another photo. If not will take some in the morning.
Sorry, missed that. At 16 weeks I'd say it's a pullet. They can get weird tail feathers sometimes. The comb and hackle and saddle feathers are the main thing and I see nothing that indicates cockerel in them.
