Pullet or roo?

I'm honestly not sure ....the lady I got him from said there was another rooster in the same group so this one had to go. She was going on comb size compared to others

It also has a different type of walk compared to my hens if that make sense ...he walks like he knows he's a bad A already and now that you say that for his age ...he is pretty tall
