Pullet or Roo?

This is my mutt chicken; it’s 3/4 lakenvelder and 1/4 silkie and I wanna figure out what gender he/she is. There’s 5 juvenile chickens and I’ve heard a few crows from them but they won’t crow in front of me, so I don’t know who’s a boy and girl yet. He has little stubs for spurs and I’ve been told hens can have stubs. This one also has a short tail like a hen. He/she is about 4 months old.
