Pullet or Roo?

First time chicken owner! I bought 6 pullets from Tractor Supply on April 23rd in a bin labeled "Americana, Golden Comet & Red Orpington" but im worried one of my girls is actually a boy. I'm not allowed roosters where I live and I haven't heard any crowing yet but this one in particular is making me nervous. It was the smallest in the bunch and still is the smallets but its the only one with a more prominent comb now and looks very different from all the others.

If she still smaller she might be a bantam pullet. Bantam matures faster than large fowl.
