Pullet or Roo??

This Buff is 13 weeks old and I am more and more convinced every day it's a cockerel... would love other input. It's very aggressive and mean to my other 13 week olds... I don't mind having a rooster, unless he hurts my girls, though I didn't intend to get one. If you think its a roo, or I guess even if not - any tips on him (or her) coexisting nicely with the rest of my ladies?? I have 5 two-year olds that are laying, and 6 other 13 week olds that he/she is terrorizing. Thanks!

Definite cockerel. My buff is 22 weeks old and doesn't have a comb that big.
