But at this point she is having seizures. There is little chance of survival. It is better to save her the pain and suffering.

It is a sad time. Hopefully the symptoms will abate, but you don't want to cause more suffering than neccassary.

But would a chicken with mareks stand up? This morning she stood up and took a couple steps!

I think a chicken with mareks tries to stand up at times but just collapses. So I don't think she would be walking if se had mareks. Maybe she's just really sick. Hope the walking is a sign that she's getting better. No matter what you do, don't give up. There's always hope
