Pullet with extremely swollen eye! Help needed!

Here is a video that shows pus being remove without cutting. Note that this person is saying that the pus is from eyeworms, but I do not think your hen has eye worms, I think your has a full-blown sinus infection from some sort of respiratory disease.

Wow So I will have to press real hard like if I was popping a pimple it seems like. After I remove the pus from the pullet’s eye what should I do? Should I put her back into the isolation stall?

I would first try warm compresses, try to squeeze or press the pus out, go slowly. If you have help and are very steady, you may be able to use tweezers to at least get it started. From what I understand, you do have to press pretty firmly.

I will try the warm compress before I remove the pus. How long should I put the warm compress on her face?

She did have a bit of nasal discharge. What could be causing her wattle to swell?

yeah, it's usually in there pretty good. That video is before it gets really hard.
