Pullet with extremely swollen eye! Help needed!

Looks exactly like what I was seeing in my brooder. From what I’ve read, it couldn’t be intestinal sloughing (totally normal), or coccidiosis (deadly). I wasn’t willing to take that chance. I treated all my little girls with liquid Corid. One teaspoon per gallon of water for about 5-7 days. You need to make a new batch every day. My ladies are good as new!!

Update on the Red Sex Link pullet with the swollen eye: She has started to lay eggs. The swelling has not gone down. Here are some recent pictures of her.

She’s a sweet girl but she will not be coming home with me ever.

I honestly don’t know.

I believe that this pullet got something in her eye and that’s what caused the swelling. You can actually see something on her eye in the last two pictures. So it may not be infectious Coryza, but my boss does have a hen in her flock who’s eye is swollen and had bubbles in it as well as nasal discharge.
