Pullet with sour crop? Not showing clear symptoms

Is she pooping? What does that look like?
Have you looked inside her beak and throat to make sure there's no blockage, canker, lesions?

The spitting back up with mucous even when the crop is empty? That's not right, so....it smells like dog breath - how about does it smell like sour kraut or something fermented?

Thanks for the tips, I just checked out her mouth, and yikes! Looks like a thrush yeast infection! Photos below, also a good shot of how much mucous she's producing.

I gave the water bowls a good clean and filled them with 10% ACV. I read copper sulfate is great for killing yeast, I plan to grab some tonight or tomorrow to get everyone treated, just in case.

Read this real quick.
Is a vet an option?

If it has a rotten/foul smell, then that's Canker, treatment would be with Metronidazole. Give 250mg orally, 2 times a day for 5-7 days. https://www.revivalanimal.com/product/fish-zole/all-pet-supplies-medications-bird-fish-antibiotics

Canker is spread via water stations, so clean those well. Adding Acidified Copper Sulfate to the water - Dosage is 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water for 3 days in a row once a month. I don't know if you will be able to find Acidified Copper Sulfate in stores, but you can order it here: https://www.meyerhatchery.com/productinfo.a5w?prodID=ACS

Canker is contagious and makes birds carriers for life.

Oh no! If it's canker, does this mean ALL of my chickens probably have it now, since they share water and food? I should probably isolate her until she is cleaned up then, yes?

I ordered copper sulfate and the fungal medicine, but it won't be here for a few days. Should I just cull her before this gets serious in my flock?

She will be a carrier for life. Are you up for treating all the time?

Has she had any other symptoms, like respiratory illness (coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, mucous, etc.)?
I would check inside the others beak for any signs of the canker. Yes, it can spread through shared feed/water.
You could cage her to help reduce the spread, the Acidified Copper Sulfate is supposed to help with that as well. I'm not a fan of completely isolating a bird, so if you can keep her near the flock that would be best imho.

As whether to cull her, some would say yes, some no. Do some reading, research and consider if that seems like a viable solution for you.
