Pullet with swollen face

This is what I see in her eye:

Her eye is in the back, should I try poking the swollen part in front with a needle?

I don't think I would poke it with a needle. Chicken pus is a semi-hard cheese-like substance. You may be able to put warm compresses on the eye to help loosen it a bit, then press it out. Having a helper is a very good idea.
Do you have any antibiotics on hand?
Any foul odor coming from the face?

Press firmly on the swelling and see what comes out of her nostrils and choanal slit. If possible, take a picture of it.

There is no foul odor. I have some oxytetracycline on hand
Here is a better picture of what it looks like inside of her eye:

I pressed on it, and I didn't see anything coming out of her nostrils, but this is what her choanal slit looks like:

It doesn't look normal to me. Compare it to the picture I posted. It should be a nice groove, no yellow or mucus.
I don't think it's completley full of gunk, but I agree, it doesn't look totally normal. It almost looked like there was some blood on it.
