I agree with Kathy, it looks like the tongue is coated with gunk, the inside of the beak too. If you can get her to the vet that would be best.

Okay, hopefully I'll be able to get her in to see the vet. I'd be nervous about trying to dig out the pus, I don't want to damage her eye.

I have oxytetracycline. I'll pay the emergency fee if I have to in order to get her in to see a vet.

You might have to take an eye. My mom said she had to do something like this before it was either helping her live and she lost the eye or let her suffer and making it through this is slim. I would definitely go to the vet. How old is she.
