Pullet with swollen face

I agree with Kathy, it looks like the tongue is coated with gunk, the inside of the beak too. If you can get her to the vet that would be best.

I'm not sure when the soonest I can get her in to see a vet is, but I hope I'll be able to.
This is very serious, and I know how special this bird is to you. If she isn't drinking and eating she will almost certainly get worse and there is a real risk she will die. Do you have any antibiotics?

I have oxytetracycline. I'll pay the emergency fee if I have to in order to get her in to see a vet.
 
You might have to take an eye. My mom said she had to do something like this before it was either helping her live and she lost the eye or let her suffer and making it through this is slim. I would definitely go to the vet. How old is she.

She's pretty young, she hatched this April.
