It sounds like she has pox and a secondary bacterial infection or respiratory infection. If you can get enrofloxacin in Mexico, that is pretty close to Baytril which is the best drug for almost anything in chickens. Cipro would also be good. For respiratory diseases Tylan (tylosin,) Gallimycin (erythromycin,) and oxytetracycline are commonly used here if we can't get Baytril or similar drugs. Keep using antibiotic ointment in the pox-affected eyes. Make sure they are eating and drinking well, and use a probiotic or a little buttermilk after the antibiotic.
