Pullet with yellow Urate

Sometimes a tiny little clue is presented in the very first post that everyone misses. I'm not insisting this is absolutely the problem, but it might restore the chick to health in a very short time. Electrolytes. Have you given this chick electrolytes to treat for possible electrolyte imbalance caused by the heat? Plain water may not be adequate if her chemistry is out of whack.

Gatoraid or sugar water with a pinch of salt and baking soda.

I have some rooster booster on hand I'll offer to her. Its an electrolyte, vitamin and probiotic. Ill try this today

Have you treated with SaveAChick or something that might have caused yellow urates as @azygous has suggested? Thiamine or B1 can cause that. If they are still lehtargic in the morning, you might try getting them to drink fluids.
I am going to check them now and see how they are. I do have some rooster booster on hand I'll offer to her. If anything I also have some B1 on hand too

Alright so, sad update time...

*Warning for Graphic Pics*

I decided, she was declining more and more by the day. I was surprised she didnt pass away last night, but I made the hard decision to cull this morning.

She was completely weak, lethargic, unwilling to eat or drink and would keep her eyes shut. I did truly feel bad for her at this point...

However, I still want to try to figure out what was wrong with her? After the deed was done, I did my own little disection, and discovered some oddities.

Her liver had some white-ish spots all around them. Disease? Liver failure? what could have caused this?

I also noticed that the kidneys(?) Were off-color as well. Almost paled with a light tint of yellow.

When opening her up, I noticed there was a lot of water-like clear fluid inside her, it almost seemed like water.

Im sadden over all this, but I understand that in Farming and dealing with a high volume of birds, issues are bound to pop up. I just want t to do my best to learn from this, and help keep the flock healthy.

I'd appreciate any ideas on what could or was wrong with her.

It appears she had liver disease as evidenced by the pale and marbled liver and the abdominal fluid. Did you happen to weight the liver? If you've butchered chickens, how does it compare in size to a regular chicken liver?

Usually something else contributes to this liver condition, though, such as an avian virus. You would need a lab necropsy with tissue examination to determine actual cause of death.
