My 10 week old red sex link pullet won't open eyes, eat or drink other wise acting normal no other symptoms, what to do?

How long has she been like this? Birds become dehydrated very quickly and if she is still refusing water after 24 hours you will need to help her by drizzling a bit of water (use electrolytes in the water > DIRVET is a common one found at many feed stores) ...
What is the weather like > are there many mosquitoes?
more info needed really (what she eats/feed/housing conditions etc.)

the weather has been hot with light showers in the afternoon for the last couple of days (4),

her bedding is straw and cedar shavings,

yesterday I noticed Rosie (my sick pullet) was laying around alot and sleeping but she did open her eyes and I noticed her scratching and eating at times, so I would say just today she's started not opening her eyes at all, she's acting normal other wise, she's walking around and chirping, but I tried to hand feed her and she won't eat. Do you think she's just dehydrated?

Can birds get sick by eating certain weeds/plants? I'm new at this whole bird thing, any information would be helpful.

sorry, I'm a little stress about the bird it is pine not cedar, just another blond moment to add to my list

Pine, thank goodness! You might need to bring her in and get her re-hydrated. Use an eye dropper. drp a small amount on her beak. Careful it does not go intto nose. Put vitamins and electrolytes in water. Maybe make a mash with her crumbs using a little yogurt and boiled egg yolk.

Thanks I'll give it a try, I'll let you know how she does.

do you get the vitamins and electrolytes from the feed store any suggestions on what kind?

Should the vitamins be something I should be giving my girls anyways?

I use liquid infant vit. (important WITHOUT IRON) mix with water. You can use infant electrolytes or they have a powder at the feed store you mix with water. I hope this helps. Keep use updated . I don't give them vit. on a daily bases. If I see one that looks a little run down, I'll bring her in and pump her up. Sometimes they need alittle boost.

Rosie opened her eyes and she's eating/drinking.

I didn't have any yogurt so I gave her cottage cheese mushed with her feed she loved it. I will now go get some vitamins at the store to help her out.

And I'll continue to hand feed her for a while to make sure she's getting enough now she can walk around and see where's she's going.

I didn't realize just how fun it would be to have my new birds. I also didn't realize just how attached I'd get to them so quickly, I just wanted to have fresh eggs, now I get to have both fresh eggs and 5 beautiful hens to love. Can't wait till they start laying.

Thanks for your help today with Rosie!!!!
