Update: she has a little bit of clear discharge from her nasal cavity. But noting else(beside the swollen eye ofc).

Looks like she has mucous in the nostrils.
Could be indicative of respiratory illness. Flush and clean the eye with saline and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye a couple of times a day.
An antibiotic may be needed to help clear up respiratory infection. Tylan/Tylosin is a good choice. Depending on where you live you may be able to get Tylan50 at TSC. Dose for Tylan50 is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days. If you can't find that, then order Tylosin powder. Dosing instructions are on the package. https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder?_pos=1&_sid=8bd550d92&_ss=r

Here's some reading about diseases https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/publication/ps044

Update: turns out she got pecked in the eye. So no sickness here although we’ll treat her appropriately.
