Pumpkin Delight
*1 Lg can pumpkin or 2 cups
* 3 eggs
* 1 - 13oz can evaporated milk
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 3/4 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 3/4 tsp cloves
* 3/4 tsp nutmeg
Beat the eggs, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Take a box of yellow cake mix and crumble dry mixture over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Pat down with back of spoon. Melt 1 stick and 2 Tbl of butter and drizzle on cake mix. Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
This has taken the place of pumpkin pie at my house for Thanksgiving...it's that good!
