Pure Vanilla Extract 4 oz.

Love your recipe I could eat cake and stay bombed all day! Where are you located in Tx. I am on HGY16 on the Bexar co., Atascocia co.. line

And I have Madagascar too, I tried 3 different types of vaniila pods this year.

And I make very strong vanilla, I use 12 to 15, 10 inch pods in a liter of liquid. Then I use a fresh pod and split it and put about a 3 inch bean in the 4 oz. bottle.

This has been our experience with MamaWolf's Vanilla and jellies and jams:

Spritz Cookies

Since Halloween is drawing near (I seriously dislike Halloween), I decided I would get my Christmas spirit in order early and make my mom's Spritz cookies recipe (it's almost the same as the 'regular' one just slight differences). I used your real vanilla in them, MamaWolf. All I can say is...perfection. I'm not purposely trying to brag, I'm actually trying to brag up MamaWolf. lol These Spritz were the best I have ever tasted in my entire life, and I've been making Spritz with my dear mother every holiday season since I was 5 years old....many, many moons ago. The only thing that would have made them better is if MamaWolf made homemade almond extract too so I could use both pure. lol MW isn't fibbing when she says she puts a whole bean in a tiny 4 ounce bottle...the bean goes from the top to the bottom of the bottle. These cookies - my gosh. I will never make any cookies that call for vanilla, with anything less than yours. They ... are.... If I had everyone's mailing address I would send everyone some. They're that good. lol!

Pork Chops

Hubby likes his pork chops, so I have to make them once a week for him (happy spouse, happy house). Well, we hadn't yet gone grocery shopping but I "knew" I had the ingredients for his favorites. 1C BBQ sauce | 2 tablespoons of Ranch dip | 1 peeled, baked and crushed apple | 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce. So, I browned the chops on both sides and tossed them into my miracle dish and went to get the ingredients....ROADBLOCK! We had the BBQ, ranch dip and Worcestershire sauce but I hadn't realized I sent the last apple with him to work the day before. What was I going to do!? We had to eat and he *definitely* would notice no apples or sweets in the sauce. AGHhk! I started scouring the cupboards for whatever i could find. Right on the second shelf was "Oil Patch Farm" Root Beer Jelly and Strawberry-Banana Jam. Soo...since I usually have 1 cup of the brown-sugar baked apple crushed up - I took 1/2C out of both Jellies (making 1 cup) and mixed both of those into the above ingredients. I then cooked it the same way I always do (and prayed a lot). HE RAVED ABOUT IT alllllll night long <wink>. I mean, he realllly liked this meal. He said he didn't know what I did differently but he liked it even better than the other way (which he's liked forever). I said "remember that money you gave me when I said I wanted to buy something online and you weren't thrilled about it?" and he said "yeh..." and I said "Well, that's why dinner tasted so well tonight."

Thank you for changing the way I cook!! Seriously though - those Spritz are to simply pass out and die for...whoa.

MamaWolf? Do you make homemade pure Almond extract as well? I use both in my Spritz cookies. o.o You could make a killin' off me all by myself. LOL I already want more vanilla next week if you have more - it would make SUCH a good Christmas stocking stuffer for my mother. :'')
