Purina flock raiser...not sure if medicated.

I think they are skinnier. I will grind them up but it's not hard at all. I can just use a mortar and pestle to do it. It won't be long as fast as they grow that they will be able to just take in the pellets. @Runner duck mom did for her ducklings in the fall. Maybe she'll chime in but I don't think she had to do it for long.

Yeah, I was just curious. I am feeding mine all flock pellets, but I have to put it in a coffee grounder for a few seconds to break it down a bit, didn't know if I would have to do that or not with the duck pellets.

Ok I must be losing my mind. TSC said the bag I got and the bag you got are indeed the same. And I ended up find the ingredients list it was crumpled at the bottom of the bag on the outside and it does have niacin. I’ve been working in a surgical center during this pandemic so I think wearing the N95 masks all day is affecting my brain now 😂 the reviews on my bag do say people still noticed niacin deficiency but others like Isaac, have helped me on this forum of what to do in that case so I think it’s all good. Fingers crossed!
NO, what you have is differrent. Look again. You have flock raiser I have DUCK pellets. I think the duck pellets are a new thing. I had to jump through hoops to get
my TSC to order them. Luckily there was another TSC in the area that had them and they worked with us to get them in their inventory.

I hate to bother you again, but does it look like the bag I first posted in the photo is the medicated version? It has the same list of ingredients as the one another user posted in reply to me so I’m assuming not but just figured I would check before I start feeding it to them. I didn’t know if bags put medicated obviously or you had to look into it.

Oh no I’m sorry that’s my bad. I meant it looks like I have a very similar bag to @21hens-incharge. Or at least ingredient wise it looks very similar. Sorry for the misunderstanding! Or I could be wrong and those aren’t the same.

no, it really doesn't at all

Most medicated feeds are fine for ducklings, and I don't see any amprolium in the feed either, so you should be fine, that feed looks perfect. Add some brewers yeast and you're set!

Bother me anytime.
Perfect thank you so much!
