Seems more and more we have to stay after people to call us back or email us or keep their promises when they say they will do something, like contractors saying yep we'll be there at such and such and they never show

Yup! Esp these big companies. They don't care, making money no matter what

I recieved a reply back. They said they would file a complaint but needed more info like date on bag, how many I bought, where etc. I'm like did you NOT read my email. Told you this info already lol
