Purple feet and bumblefoot

Pics
I've seen worse with the few I rescued, & they did heal, no lost toes no lost feet. It took time. I cleaned well, applied Neosporin then bandaged up & paper taped like a little boot, & put them in a large cage with wood chips. Boot won't stay as clean if they go dustbathing, so cage was best. I did apply DE so no mites became an issue. I changed bandages & cleaned daily, also gave penicillin by pill. It took weeks to heal, but they did heal finally. Some are still prone to bumblefoot recurrence though, so need to be checked ongoing.

Looks like plenty of good advice has been posted here already. I would recommend keeping a close eye on those three afterwards, I used to keep Orpingtons who once they got it once, would keep getting Bumblefoot.
This is my experience too. My girls who had it continue to periodically get it.
