That really is a beautiful color. I personally thought you dyed it. Was trying to figure out how you didnt dye the skin purple with the feathers. Photoshop works to haha. To think in the future with genetics tampering this will someday be a real bird! Birds come in almost all colors of the rainbow. If they can make pigs turn flouresent green(jellyfish gene) I am sure they can do something with a plain ole silkie chickens...... Heres to hoping for the future if we don't destroy ourselves in the process.... A blue silkie chicken like the bright blue skin behind the ears on my silkies would be cool to.
