My mom says they’ll stick a needle in his wattle so they can empty the liquid from it

I think draining it may help. It looks like a bad hematoma (bruise) that has blood built up in it. The old blood could be causing an infection.

Yeah we poked it and squeezed the blood out and put some alcohol and neosporin on it.

He's completely fine now except his wattles are about half as big as they were before they froze.

Yes, frostbite will heal on it's own......but this is not frostbite.

Update it looks like this now, no lameness, no lethargicness,no sneezing/coughing/ no nasal discharge, acts normal crows normally, wattle smells funkier from a distance both wattle have bumps on the top mid, should his throat looked like that never payed attention to it

There’s no vets that specialize in avians near my area
