Try checking with a farm vet who sees large animals. Sometimes they are pretty familiar with chickens since they do farm visits. Is he still acting pretty normal?

Is it a bruise or bug what could it be? Don’t see him acting strangeThanks for keeping us posted, Jose. It looks like I was wrong. I'm really worried about him now that this seems to keep spreading.
@Eggcessive and @aart, do you think @ChickenCanoe could give us any additional insight here?
Never dealt with this is it really spreading don’t know how infections work mostly thought it was in one area. The parts that got inflated a bit felt meaty or hard kinda like the combThanks for keeping us posted, Jose. It looks like I was wrong. If it spreads more could it kill him? I have a neighbor who has been dubbing game roosters for years should I ask him in case I can’t find a vet? And if he isn’t available how would I dub him?A vet would be best if possible. I've never seen anything like that. The wattle may need to be dubbed to stop the spread of infection. It looks necrotic.
