So my sister saw her rooster with his purple wattle a bit swollen at first we thought it was dirty anyone know what it could be he is separated and sometimes fight with our other rooster next to his little area they are separated by fence and they sometimes fight even though they can’t hit themselves it’s doesn’t feel like it has liquid nor air feels like how sour crop would feel but on his wattle

Looks it's been pinched by a beak, & bruised.
I have antibiotic ointment, alcohol wipes what can I do to him. Our other rooster is a game bantam so his head easily fits through the holes they have fought plenty of time before. That’s him.

The spot got bigger it spread a bit higher feels like jelly don’t know how to describe it isn’t hard. Eats normal, drinks normal, no lethargic ness, crows normal walks normal, runs to girls coop to dance for them . Pretty much acts normal. This is the material that separates the areas from each other. When they fight he sometimes jumps to the fence and sometimes throw pecks at each other sometimes he rubs his wattle to the fence before when his wattle was normal.

Where approximately are you located? Have you had freezing weather lately? My rooster's wattles loked like that when he got frostbite.
