Put eggs in pointy side up should I flip?

It’s day 12 all of them are developing nice but the pointy side is up should I flip them or what??? Plz help

I’m hatching them in the incubator and the air cells are on the bottom because I placed them wrong

Flip them. You can't expect chicks to zip while standing on their heads.
