Putting Bletch in Chickens water?

It keeps bacteria and algae from growing in the water.
You can also use 6-8 drops per gallon

No way I would never ..to much chance of over use..

I wouldn't use bleach. I wash the containers and feeders with a strong bleach solution but I always rinse them well. It is the only thing I can find to get that chicken smell off stuff.

What's bletch? Sounds yucky, I wouldn't feed it to MY chickens... though AviaCharge 2000 looks pretty nasty too, but it's great for feathers and sick birds and such...

Ohhhh BLEACH! I wouldn't put that in either. Apple cider vinegar is magic.

Swimming is different from drinking. Do you drink pool water?

I get sick just drinking chlorinated tapwater.

If you did give your birds nothing but pool water to drink then they definitely would get sick. Same with people. Swallowing a little here and there is not the same as when it's your main source of fluids.
