no not this one, but it looked like the feeder in this thread just longer and a little different and of course... for water.
I am going to lowes today to get some plumbing stuff and will give it a shot.
Ok. I did it, Went to Lowes picked up some pipe and made one. I will take pics tomorrow. It only took them about 10 mins to figure out how to use it ( with a little coaxing) They seem to love it.
Is this the thread you saw? I made this waterer and love it. I used about 4' of 4" pipe, a cap, and 2 elbows. Glue it good, so it doesn't leak. It holds almost 2 gallons.
No that's not the thread I saw. The one I saw looks more like a feeder. I will take pics of the one I made yesterday. When I get home from work. I did it from what I could remember I think it's close.
Ok here are the pics of my waterer. I think it is close to what I saw on here a while back It seems to work and they are using it. Real simple and I would say it holds about 4 to five gallons.
redstars, I do have questions, what is the purpose for the long upright pipe's? Does it hold water in some way? What does the top of the upright pipe look like? Yes, I am very much intrigued.
What great ideas! does anyone know how to make a feeder by recycling a cat litter container? I saw it on one of the above links I think his name is 'Cody'? Thanks
