The 4 eggs in the incubator are still developing. Saturday will be the 2 week mark.
ALSO, after I collected the 4, I left the subsequent eggs with the hen and she started setting when she had collected 7. There’s 8 as of this afternoon, but she’s just started spending lots of time on the nest. Not sitting as tight as my broody Nankins and Cochins, but it’s a start.
How are they? Is the hen still interested in the eggs?

My hen is sitting nice and tight now, since yesterday. At last count there were 8 in the nest. Don’t want to poke around to try to count and possibly spook her off.

The incubator eggs are due to hatch Saturday, I’m down to 3, candled them on Sunday and one was a late quitter.

I hope the hen keeps it up!
Make sure to show us pictures when they hatch. :D
Good luck!

Two chicks hatched yesterday in the incubator, along with 5 Ko Shamos. One is well crested, and I love the fact that, next to the KS’s, they are more buff than yellow. Posts from breeders I’ve found have said that the ‘truest’ bred chicks should be buff or grey at hatching. Not yellow. Maybe I’m on the right track?

Well done!
I hope they grow beautifully!

Since I have eggs ready to hatch soon, I’m considering releasing this pair to make room.
If anyone is interested, I’ll be getting better photos.
I’m located in NJ, but can ship.
