Lol, you've hoped that since the beginning! I'm a little worried about them with all these stupid temp swings. I know it's probably fine, but it makes me very nervous. I want to know if they're alive now, darn it

Tomorrow marks exactly one week in the incubator, so about 49 days left until day 55. They could hatch a couple days before that.

Can you listen with a stethoscope when the emuling (what do they call baby emus?) get big enough? Maybe hear the heartbeat?

Some people say you can, others say you can't. By the time they're old enough to check with a stethoscope you can check with other methods too

I kinda think their orange eyes are pretty:
