As Saddina points out...Keep their poop separate! Sound advice as far as I'm concerned!
Rabbits and Guinea pigs can be mixed. At my college, we even keep them in the same cage, but with a lot of space so there's no fighting. So I don't think there would be a problem keeping rabbits and Guinea pigs in close proximity.
