Quail attacked me

Yesterday one of my quail who used to be very nice to me attacked me i wanted to fill up his food and he pecked my hand multiple times, he doesn’t attack the other quail, and I was just wondering if I should be worried or not.

As a general rule, if an animal starts biting/pecking/scratching you when you do something, don't do that. Find another way of refilling the food dish if it upsets him. It's good to have an animal that's confident enough to express when it's stressed- otherwise you end up with animals, like some dogs, that endure anything you do to them until it's too much and they snap.

Thanks i’ll figure out a new way to refill it’s food

You could wait until he moves away from the food dish and refill it, or use some sort of funnel or wide-spouted watering can to get the food in.
