Hi some of my quail eggs have normal large air cell the others are small

Idk if the ones with the small air cells will make I’m really worried

You'd better not disturb them when they are supposed to be in lockdown. I do not think there is much to do for the ones with small air cells at hatch day. They might be OK. Wait and see till most of them hatch. 12 of mine hatched yesterday, two days later than others and seem quite healthy.
Can you see any wiggling eggs?
