Quail Chick with splayed leg

I have a Coturnix quail chick that was the latest on hatching and needed a lot of help out, but when she finally came out she had splayed leg, I would get if she moved less but for some reason she is barely able to stand. The part that makes me the most worried is that when she falls on her side she can’t get up. How can I help with this I already have her in a tiny cup so she is standing, and what should I feed her?

Is she able to eat and drink? If so, then I'd give her wet mushy Gamebird/Quail Chick starter to eat and water to drink. I'd also give her 1/4tablet B-Complex daily. You can crush it up and add it to the feed or dissolve it in a tiny bit of water, then give her drops of the vitamin water throughout the day. Repeat the vitamins for at least a week.
