Quail chicks! What to do?!

My dad surprised me with 3 18 day old quail chicks! I have never even thought of getting quail! My dad placed an order for 5 more. How do I care for them? What do i feed them? Where should I keep them? Do they need heat? How do I tell their genders? Can they fly? I live in Florida and it's very hot here. I will post pictures in a second.
